Even if you don’t feel confident, practicing confident body posturing can increase your self-esteem, confidence, and can make you feel better about yourself. Body posturing can lower your cortisol levels (stress hormone) and increase your testosterone (confidence hormone). For a few minutes simply put your hands straight up in the air while taking deep breaths.

The second thing to try is smiling. Go on and give it a try. Smiling has been proven to increase dopamine (pleasure hormone) and increase serotonin (calming hormone). Check out this article for a more science-y explanation.
