The Art of Awe: Rediscovering Enchantment in Our Anxious Lives

If you’ve been feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from joy, this episode is for you.

In today’s conversation, we sit down with Katherine May to talk about rediscovering enchantment in everyday life. Katherine shares insights from her book Enchantment: Awaken Wonder in an Anxious Age. She also reflects on how small moments of wonder can help us reconnect with life when we feel exhausted or discouraged.

Throughout the episode, Katherine explains that rediscovering enchantment often begins with slowing down. It starts by noticing the world around us. In a culture that values speed and productivity, many of us lose touch with curiosity and awe.
