Emotional Capacity Map

The Emotional Capacity Map is a gentle, faith-rooted guide designed to help you notice what your body is holding, understand your current emotional bandwidth, and make sense of why connection, decisions, or even rest can feel harder at different times.

If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure why certain days feel heavier than others, there’s nothing wrong with you. Your nervous system may simply be carrying more than it has capacity for.
