Counselor on Call: Looking back at 2022 [Episode 131]

Hey friend,

We did it! We made it to the end of 2022!

I don’t know about you, but 2022 was a hard year for me personally.  If that is you as well, I see you and understand what you are going through. 

 

This time of year can be pretty tricky, especially when we look at social media.

We look at the perfect pictures, smiling faces, and everyone having a good time. What we sometimes forget is that behind every smile are tears and disappointment, and nothing everything is perfect. 

 

I want to challenge you today – what small things can you do to care for yourself? 

 

In this Counselor on Call episode, I discuss small things that you can do to create a big impact :

  • Start small and build upon good habits
  • Set intentions around the things that may need a little extra help. 
  • Relect on what worked well this year in the various areas of your life
